FAQ’s

  • No. Our planning fee covers design and concierge-level coordination; hotel and supplier rates are typically the same as public, and eligible stays often include added perks.

  • Fees are custom-quoted to the scope; many trips average around $200. For simple, hotel-only stays with returning clients, we may waive the fee. If a trip shifts direction after significant work (e.g., new destination/dates), we’ll discuss an additional design fee before proceeding.

  • Yes. We can ticket air (a small booking fee may apply) and use a partner air desk for complex routings.

  • Earlier is better—especially for Europe’s high season (often 6–12 months out). Shorter timelines are possible with flexible options and quick decisions.

  • Breakfast and property credits are part of eligible rates; upgrades and early/late check-in are always subject to availability. We’ll compare offers to get you the best overall value.

  • Not required, but strongly recommended. We can quote Travelex or Allianz at deposit.

  • We don’t publish a strict minimum. As guidance, most custom trips we design start around $1,000 per travel day for two travelers, reflecting the caliber of hotels and experiences we recommend.

  • Minor adjustments are normal. If the trip fully pivots after substantial work, we may apply an additional design fee—always discussed with you first.
