We chose the name Oriana—Latin for “gold” or “sunrise”—to capture the light, joy, and sense of possibility we want every trip to hold. We’re a mother–daughter team who believe travel should feel calm and personal, not complicated. Drawing on decades of experience and our Virtuoso network, we pair design-forward taste with reliable on-the-ground partners. With 25+ years in travel, Debbie designs elegant, well-paced journeys with deep expertise in high-end river and ocean cruising. Her love of ships began with the magic of sailing past the Statue of Liberty, where her ancestors entered the U.S. for the first time. Since then she’s explored Alaska’s glaciers, Europe’s rivers and villages, and sun-soaked Caribbean routes, often pairing sailings with seamless land extensions. Clients value her seasoned judgment, trusted relationships across Virtuoso, and calm, detail-driven planning. Off the clock, she’s a devoted foodie who hunts for local art and great little shops wherever she goes.

A honeymoon specialist, she’s known for smart routing, standout hotels, and insider experiences that feel personal—not copy-paste. She’s also a serious cafe explorer and has a soft spot for hidden-gem wine bars.
